This edition was printed in 1845, three volumes, the fourth being the treatise on morality. The main text has “The notes and dissertations of Dr. J. L. Mosheim, translated [from Latin] by John Harrison, with a copious general index to the whole work.” The volume of notes by Mosheim appears to match the amount of text written by Cudworth.
