The Death of Death
A Study of God's holiness in connection with the existence of evil. Written in 1878 by an Othodox Layman (John M. Patton).

“The bodies of all die, therefore, because of sin, and return to their dust, but the spirits of all return to God who gave them--those who are in Christ being in life, and those who are not in him being dead in “trespasses and sins,” just in the same sense, and from the same cause, that they were dead before their bodies returned to the dust.”
